They originally came to Adtrak for a limited scope, creating ads and basic marketing materials. As the relationship grew, so did the need for a brand that truly reflected the level of service they provide.

We began by modernizing the brand, starting with the logo. The original mark did not reflect Vital One’s use of private jets or the scale of their operations. The updated identity was designed to clearly communicate aviation, speed, and professionalism, while maintaining a serious and trustworthy presence appropriate for the medical space.

From there, Adtrak became Vital One’s ongoing creative partner, supporting everything from advertising and articles to social media and campaign materials. Because Vital One handles highly complex transfers, they needed an agency they could rely on under pressure.
